Recently, Gao Weidong, General Manager of Digital Xinjiang Group, Liu Qinghua, General Manager of StarMap Ruiyun Technology Co., Ltd., and other leaders visited Kingsignal. They were received by Wu Jingping, Deputy General Manager of Kingsignal Group, Gong Fan, General Manager of the R&D Management Department, Zheng Haofeng, Director of the Product Planning Department, and other executives.
In the Kingsignal Signal Interconnectivity Technology Exhibition Hall, Zheng Haofeng introduced the group's development history, business layout, core competitiveness, and leading advantages in niche markets. The two sides discussed the company's R&D technologies, solutions, and achievements in patents and standards.
Subsequently, the delegation moved to a conference room for further discussions. Mr. Gao explained that Digital Xinjiang Group is a digital and industrial enterprise serving Xinjiang, and it is the first state-owned enterprise in Xinjiang with diversified equity. The company focuses on four business sectors: e-Government, Smart Society, Digital Economy, and Cybersecurity. As a strategic base for national development, Xinjiang is rich in mineral and energy resources, presenting significant opportunities for the digital transformation of mining companies.
Gao expressed hope to invite Kingsignal to Xinjiang for deeper exchanges in the future, aiming to explore cooperation in digitalization, automation, and unmanned technologies for Xinjiang's mining sector using Kingsignal’s leading core technologies and solutions.
Wu noted that as a one-stop service expert for signal interconnection technologies and solutions, Kingsignal can address the critical pain points of customers in complex terrain and harsh environments such as oilfields and mines. The company can integrate with existing customer systems and terminals, upgrade dispatch systems, and provide customized solutions.
Kingsignal’s products, including base stations and satellites, use domestic chips to meet the government’s requirements for localization substitution mandate. Its satcom-on-the-move (SOTM) system with 1D phased array technology provided communication support during the return of Shenzhou-17 on April 30 this year. The company’s CPE products are currently being tested in Urumqi’s Shuimogou District alongside unmanned mining vehicles, and a 5G private network has been deployed for Inner Mongolia Xuyang Group to achieve the unmanned upgrade of mining vehicles. Wu expressed anticipation for Kingsignal’s future development in Xinjiang and hopes to collaborate with Digital Xinjiang Group to leverage complementary strengths and achieve mutually beneficial collaboration.
